Static / HTML Deployment

Use this guide for plain static websites and HTML/CSS/JS projects.

Required Files

• index.html must exist in the effective deployment root.

Source Layout Rules

• If your archive has one top-level folder, Servbase automatically uses that folder.
• If your archive has multiple top-level entries, index.html must be present in the selected root.

Operational Behavior

• Initial deploy is supported.
• Redeploy is intentionally blocked after first deploy.
• Use file manager/live updates for iterative edits after initial deployment.

Preflight Checklist

• Confirm app type is set to Static / HTML.
• Confirm index.html exists at deployment root.
• Confirm relative asset paths are correct from index.html.
